三 | 今年，在工作人员的鼓励下，小龚走进了街道AI“Te”经济中心学习数据标注，不仅成了标注小能手，还把“分类思维”灵活运用到生活里，会主动帮忙整理冰箱，承担力所能及的家务。据了解，AI“Te”经济中心是闸弄口街道对上城区建设孤独症全程关爱先行区的基层响应，在上城区残联的指导下，联动杭州市艮山路学校、露电科技、三体科技、国华众联等校企资源，面向残疾人提供AI领域技能培训和辅助性就业支持。同样的光，也照亮了濮家社区善Life公益助残街区。小沈曾是一名患有双向情感障碍的青年。2015年，小沈进入闸弄口街道残疾人之家后，通过专业评估制定的个性化康复方案，一点点理清他的认知与情绪；2021年，他顺利通过杭州市第七人民医院的专业精神司法鉴定，依法恢复了独立民事行为能力。
四 | 小沈在康复的同时还考取了助理社会工作师证书，如今以志愿者身份扎根社区，主动参与善Life公益助残街区运营，从“被帮扶者”成长为“助人者”。
五 | 两个故事背后，是一张越织越密的服务网。近年来，闸弄口街道聚焦残疾群体高频需求，系统打造残疾人之家、AI“Te”经济中心、善Life公益助残服务街区三大助残阵地，形成从能力恢复到社会融入的闭环式助残服务圈。据悉，目前已有6位残疾人走上数据标注辅助性岗位。得益于基地政策，企业为他们缴纳五险一金后，每人每月到手净收入约2000元——这份稳定的劳动报酬，承载的不仅是经济价值，更是被社会需要的尊严感。
六 | 在这里，数字浪潮不再是冰冷的代码，每一个曾被命运按下静音键的人，都在这个助残服务圈里，找到了属于自己的“音量”。
